AT&T cable
A length of the cable in my yard has become exposed - popped up out of the ground.
Should I try to bury it myself or could I interrupt my service if I attempt?

if you don't cut or nick the line you should be OK, just be careful. If it's fiber try not to bend it too much. If it "popped" out of the ground they violated the NEC code for buried communications line depths.

There is a small length or rebar under the cable. I think that's what popped up and pushed up the cable line.
New house, new lot - anything is under the graded lot/dirt. I appreciate your feedback. How do I get some feedback from the AT&T people?
