I have been trying for years to get access to ATT Internet at my vacation home without success. I'm just told "Internet is not available in my area." However, several of my close neighbors (2 doors down) have ATT internet. My address does not come up when availability is checked, but theirs do. On two occasions I was told an "FCase" (?) was opened and a technician was supposed to go out and verify the property, but I never heard back. There was no follow-up, no explanation. I can't believe with all the technology out there that ATT is unable to validate my address or explain why they can't.
