Xbox unable to connect to internet
Hello,
My xbox stopped connecting to the internet today for some reason. It is telling me UPNP is not successful. When I go to test my connection it prompts me for Additional Authentication where I can choose to authenticate now (taking me to an unsuccessfully loading screen) or enter alternate MAC address. Can someone help me fix this issue. I have not changed any settings so I'm not sure why it stopped working.

UPnP is not successful because the AT&T gateways don't have that feature.
Which AT&T Internet service do you have?
Which AT&T gateway do you have?
Did you have port forwarding set up prior to today? If so, it could be that the gateway got a firmware update and it wiped out those settings.
HERE is a great tutorial for setting up the Xbox on AT&T.
Your other option is to get a third party router that supports UPnP and use that behind your AT&T gateway.
