Wireless service not working
I paid my bill in full. I have factory reset the router and unplugged the router etc. still no service it’s been 2 days

Please take a look at our online guide that explains the meaning behind the lights on your gateway. Select your router from the dropdown menu and let us know if you see any red or flashing lights anywhere.
Also, When you state your wireless service isn't working, are you referring to your Wi-Fi? Additionally, do you have any devices connected via Ethernet that aren't working either? This will help us determine the root cause of your concern.
