Will AT&T Fixed Wireless let me use my own router?

I just ordered Fixed Wireless. Currently I have AT&T DSL Elite Pro, at 6mb speed.  My $350 Asus RT-AC3100 gaming router is set up perfectly for all the things I use in my home and works flawlessly. I do not want to stop using this expensive and very capable, fast router in exchange for AT&T's gateway. I have my current modem's routing turned off and let my router do all the heavy lifting. Will this be possible with the Fixed Wireless Gateway modem/router?

Thanks for the update. Well that's disappointing.  Yes I have DSL with 150gb cap, and I should get the promotional 340gb cap with Fixed Wireless IF the installation is successful.  I don't know of it's line-of-sight to the tower, (I have lots of high trees), but I get 5 bars on my cellphone outside. I've seen some posts here with people having issues playing multiplayer games over the gateway because they can't port forward though the NAT?  I decided I would call just to see if my address worked.  Web site said it was available but said I needed to call the number to order.  I will see if it all works works out. I told them I won't cancel my DSL until after I know the FW is working because they don't sell DSL anymore and AT&T is my only option where I live.

Hold hold on to the DSL for as long as you can! You can not game with "Fixed Wireless" period. Pray someone doesn't turn your DSL account off. Eventually you will loose that service and be forced to give it up. Read up on Carrier Grade Network Address Translation. The way their fixed wireless network is set up you will no longer be able to control the NAT.

Not at all? I read about not being able to "host" a game server. I don't do that. I don't really even play multiplayer games, but all of the game clients have to keep an online connection to allow even single player games. So, will that be out too?  What if I connect to my phones hotspot during gaming, yes it's coming from the same tower but the PC will see it as wifi. I'll want to run my Asus router as an access point and use its wifi too if it's possible to turn off the Pace gateway radios.  Dunno if I can pay for both internet services together very long but yes that would be advantageous.
