My Wi-Fi stops working after 6pm at night it started last night and, in the morning, and during the day it's fine. I called and talked to two CSR and the only thing they did was tried to sell me another internet package. My internet works fine it's the Wi-Fi cuts off at night and can't seem to get any answers.

We also recommend that you visit our Wi-Fi 101 article to learn what could be causing your speed to slow down and how you can troubleshoot.
Keep in mind that this could be a bandwidth issue - it's possible that there's more strain on the network around that time, causing your Wi-Fi to drop.
