Wifi not working
It keeps telling me to sign in to network and then brings me to an error page (NAD-3302), all lights are green and we havent had wifi in over 110 hours, id just like to have some idea of when this will be resolved, thank you

I doubt all lights are green... with that error message.
I suspect you have the BGW 210 gateway with fiber service, a separate ONT. If find the ONT would have a RED ALARM light meaning issue with fiber connection.
Sometimes the ONT and gateway are co located in the same area (room) but could be in different areas.
Check for local known outage. If no outage found Callander request a service ticket be created future repair date.
