Why am I being asked to pay $175 in 12 days?

Due to corona virus we have no income for over a month tried to explain to 2 different costumer service representatives and both gave different answers on why they can't help. I will be getting ahold of better business bureau. Found numerous sites including at&t site saying no termination due to Corona virus yet I have 12 days to pay 175 and says unlimited internet starting March 23 yet I'm being charged 30 for internet overages after that day. Very sad I have had you for over a year and dealt with alot of different crap from your company your so lucky nothing else is offered in our area

Your bills, including their due dates and overage charges don’t stop. You continue to get billed. What happens is you won’t be disconnected or get late fees if you don’t pay or pay late, provided you weren’t already past due prior to the crisis and ATT’s pledge not to disconnect. Also, any overage charges will get credited.

Hey Sandblaster, 2 questions: 1. How come this company never honors what they tell you? Example I was quoted a monthly price and in 6 months have had 6 different bills. 2. If you are "not an employee" and the views are purely your own, how come you have over 37,000 messages. You just randomly decided to respond to messages 37,000 times because you're just that happy with the service? Yea sure

So for 14 years and 37,000 times Sandblaster for fun has replied to a post after researching a policy and procedure and combing through fine print? That's super nice

@Miketheduke Ummm, some people like to help, even though they are not employees. Maybe you do not have an understanding of what the forums are for. I am an employee and do NOT get paid for any posts on here. If I can provide people with information that can help I will. You're not going to get any help with your ramblings. If you have specific examples and want some pointers.....then spill it. Making 35 random comments on old threads is nonsense.

-------------------INCLUDED IN EACH POST FOR CLARIFICATION______

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

I guess if you read some of my 35 ramblings you would see I was pretty specific on my issues. I understand people like to help, like your 137 messages, that's cool. 74,000 not likely
