When I try to connect my phone to the internet (att gateway). I get a notice to register my device but the link it provides does not work

I have moved into a new apartment and set up my wifi. When I try to connect devices to my wifi network I get promoted to register my device but the provided link does not take me anywhere.

i have rebooted my router countless times, factory reset and troubleshoot with the virtual assistant
