Website access issue

Hello 2 of my customers who have att internet is unable to access my website. I need this fix as soon as possible.

AT&T Internet Security is a built-in security feature that protects devices and the home network from threats and suspicious activity. AT&T Fiber customers will be able to enable and use the feature from Smart Home Manager.

 

With it's Malicious Site Blocking feature, if a website a customer is accessing is known for malicious activity such as phishing, malware, etc., the access will be blocked. The website can be unblocked by whitelisting it with these steps:

  1. A blocked message will appear, and a notification will be present in the message center.
       
  2. Click on the notification to see a detailed description and recommendation.
       
  3. Click Allow Access at the bottom of the message.
       
  4. Confirm Allow Access to unblock the website.
       
  5. The website has been allowed will be displayed.

My thing is my website it not known for any suspicious activity so how are they detecting that ?

AT&T Internet Security can automatically block a website due to external components loaded on the page that are associated with malware, phishing, or other threats.

Such as what exactly I mean i am not understanding the technical terminology. No other internet provider does it and I also have art home internet and it works perfectly fine for me.

Is there any further information on this? I'm having the same issue right after we updated our domain. Is that something that would trigger this issue? We want to make sure our customers can reach the site.
