Virtual rewards card

Selected virtual rewards card never received email with the information. When called att was told that my card had been activated and used and there's nothing they can do about it. I was also supposed to get a rewards card for early termination fees on previous internet carrier I've uploaded the termination contract no lie 25 times and they keep saying (att) they haven't received it.

This is not the experience we want you to have with your virtual rewards card, @Anisley001.

 

In order to proceed, you will have to contact the rebate processing center. If you are eligible they will cancel the reward card and issue you out another one. 

When requesting a replacement reward card, our rep:

  • Must speak with the person whose name appears on the lost or stolen card
  • Can only reissue a replacement card to the person whose name appears on the lost or stolen card
  • Won’t replace an expired card

I have called ATT rewards customer service. I was told there's nothing they could do about and they couldn't reissued it.
