U-verse eligability

Dear Sir/ Maam, When the vrad was turned up in our neighborhood I applied for a u-verse triple pack. At the time I applied for it I was told that I would have to cancel the order. Shortly after that my home went from "green" status to "red" status and I was told u-verse was not availiable. Two of my neighbors that live near me and are on the same cable that feeds me were able to obtain u-verse internet and home. I live at[edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]Palm Bay Florida 32907. Within the past two weeks two more homes on Boeing St had u-verse internet and home phone installed. I have talked to them and their u-verse service seems to be working fine. I am wondering if my residence was turned "red" due to a weak TV signal? Might there be any way that I could get u-verse internet and home phone installed in my home? Thank You for any help that you can give me! Kenneth H
