Unable to Pause a Device

When trying to pause a device I get an error  "Hmmm...   We could'nt pause this device"  ..  Try Again, and it still doesn't work

We can help you troubleshoot the error message you are getting while trying to pause a device, @emaylin

 

If you are using the Smart Home Manger App to manage your devices, please try the steps below to clear the error. 

  1. Make sure the device is turned off or not in use while you attempt to pause the device.
  2. Ensure you have downloaded the most updated version of the Smart Home Manager App before you try to pause the device again.

Finally, if you still have the error message after trying the steps provided above, try to pause other device on your network to check if the error message is just for that one device or you have the error message on multiple devices on your network.
