Solid Red Broadband Light
Need help. When starting app my gateway, it text more than usual to connect. When the gateway Lights begin to load, the broadband light turn solid red. For a while, I cannot connect both via the ethernet cable and wifi. After waiting 5 minutes, my internet connection starts to work, but the broadband light is still solid red. What do I do? I use this internet for my work as I work from home!😱

Mine is currently red too. There is an outage in my area. Check att.com/outage to see.

Unfortunately, there is no outage in my area. I called the customer service line and I was told there is an issue with my service but a tech would need to check it. 😞
