on windows  when I log into Smart Home Manager, I get the following whch I do not even understand ...temporarly paused on any device????. The internet works fine on iphone, desktop, laptop, and android phone. What does this message mean ?????? I have rebooted the modem.

Uh-oh! Something went wrong.

The internet is temporarily paused on any device connected to your Wi-Fi network. Please wait and try again in a few minutes.

Let's get your Smart Home Manager working, @smwall

First, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This can clear up most common issues.

If that doesn't help, you can try restarting your gateway. This should refresh the connection to Smart Home Manager and could clear up this error message.

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or hub. If you have:
  2. An internal battery backup, remove it.
  3. DSL service, unplug your telephone cord from your modem or gateway.
  4. Wait 20 seconds.
  5. Put the internal battery back in, if applicable.
  6. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the telephone cord.
  7. Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or hub to restart.

If this doesn't help, please let us know. We may need to take a closer look at your network settings.

Hello @smwall, Thank you for clearing up where you are having the issue with the Smart Home app.

When we normally have browser issues the first step we would like to take is to try clearing and deleting your cache/cookies.

Here are some steps to help if you are running Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer®, or Edge

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
  3. Select the items you want to clear.
  4. Select the Delete, OK, Clear, or Clear data button, depending on your browser type.
  5. Close and reopen your browser.

If you are using a different browser you can refer to the link above.

When you are trying to use your Smart Home App on windows we suggest that you trying it on a diferent browser.

Please let us know if this works for you.
