Reward card not working.
My reward card is not working and when I tried reaching out to the reward center(800-288-9983) the call is on waiting forever (I waited on call for more than 1 hour two times).

We're sorry for the long wait with the Reward Center, ardixit.
However, they are the only team that can assist with reward cards that are not working as they should. We understand that you don't want to be on hold, but we recommend calling to get in touch with a representative who can help. In case you need it, their hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.
