Profile still shutting off internet

I had a profile for my kids for the internet to shut off at a certain time every night. Now that school is over for the summer I turned off the downtime but their internet access is still being turned off. I had him reboot his PC and he still cannot connect during the old downtime. I deleted the profile completely from home manager and he still cannot connect. Everyone else can connect fine but they were never tied to a profile. He is connecting via Ethernet cable by the way.

We also rebooted the router and PC again. PC still can’t connect.

You may need to factory reset the Gateway.

We're happy to help with your Internet shutting off, @affperez177.

 

As @JefferMC suggested, try doing a factory reset on the gateway. Remeber this will delete all custom settings on the gateway.

 

If that does not help, let us know the model of your gateway so we can better assist you.
