Hi @anamnikaya,

We are sorry about the issues you are having. Are you able to access your device using your internal IPs? If not, there is a connection issue with your device, and that is the reason the ports are showing closed. If you can, one thing to try is setting your device in passthrough mode. Here is a post that goes over it more.

Hi @anamnikaya,

We do not do anything that would restrict port 80. We recommend rebooting the modem and trying again. If you are trying to setup a specific device, we recommend contacting the manufacture. owners manual to verify nothing else needs to be done.

@anamnikaya  Port 80 is the HTTP port and normally works w/browsers and other apps that need it automatically. Smiley Surprised

Thank you sir, I have tried even rebooting many times but it's the same. I tried for the port 9000, 8080 and 1025 but it's also still the same thing.

Hi,

Were you able to setup passthrough mode to see if it worked? If not, it could be a routing issue. From the device, try performing a trace route to your public IP.

@anamnikaya

And it looks like it's giving those 3 ports, if the game needs port 80 and uses it, it should automatically get it.  That's why you can't add it as a separate port, literally taking it away from a legit browser/app.

Have to name that custom service, then choose it add to allowed services. Smiley Surprised
