ongoing internet connection 'interrupted' & Database is invalid message
Hello, I'm researching why my internet connection keeps dropping and giving me an 'interrupted' message. Laptop is HP. Windows 10 Pro. I disabled the WLan Network card/driver so the wifi network would be constant. Didn't help.
I checked my NVG510 status, it gives me an error message: ! The system database is invalid. However it does not say how to fix this error.
Please help .. advise ..thank you!

Thanks for reaching out. We'd be glad to help you get your gateway working properly.
Have you tried Restarting and Factory Resetting your gateway? We would recommend first a soft reset, and if you are still getting this error message, you can try a factory reset, which will set all your network settings to the default state, but you will lose all custom saved settings.
Also what happens if you wire your laptop to your gateway with an Ethernet cable? Does it still lose connection when wired? If so then the Wi-Fi itself may not be the cause.
