No internet-7 days
At&t - what is going on with the outage? Your bots have no idea, customer service agents just want to send new routers. We cannot get any answer on when our service will come back. We rely heavily on our internet for school and work. Just an answer of what is going on would be nice! And I truly hope you stop slowing peoples speeds who have to use their hotspot or data because you have failed them and you credit everyone's accounts who have their internet down

Link to file a complaint with the FCC below. They will forward complaint to AT&T, who is required to respond to you within 30 days. I received an email from the "Office of the President" within a day of filing a complaint, and my service was also restored. This "Christmas outage" affected a lot of people, and the customer service response to those affected was poor, to say the least.
A company is not aware of problems with Customer Service unless it is brought to their attention through an outside agency such as BBB or FCC.
