Network device prioritization over bandwidth
Is there any way to prioritize a device to avoid low bandwidth causing high ping on it?
If so, what do I need to do it?
If not, are there other ways to avoid high ping due to low bandwidth?

At this time that function is unavailable, @kmanqt.
What you can do is learn how to optimize your internet speeds. Learn how to test and verify devices connected to your gateway are properly setup to connect at 802.11n speeds. Visit the article linked and select your gateway model for this information and so much more.
