McAfee Serial Numbers Not Working
I have attempted to install and uninstall McAfee multiple times on my MacBook and each time the serial number provided by McAfee does not work. I was transferred by AT&T to their McAfee department and the tech after an attempt to fix the issue was not able to and set up a call to take place on a Saturday 8/6 between 10 AM - 12 PM CST to work to resolve the issue, but I never received a call. AT&T should not offer a complimentary service without ensuring their vendor is able to ensure customers issues are resolved with their service. At this moment I still do not have the McAfee service that AT&T is marketing as a service, and I'm very dissatisfied with my service and experience thus far.

If you haven't done so yet, please try reaching out the McAfee support team directly at 866-622-3911. Are you currently using AT&T Internet Security Suite? If so, we recommend that you switch to AT&T AntiVirus Plus. While it is also powered by McAfee, it's a better version of the Security Suite and easy to set up.
