Internet problem

Hi everyone

I am facing an internet connection issue. Even I have very stable internet with good speed. It happens with a specific top gaming website. When I open this website my internet connection goes down.

What could be the problem?

Let's get your connection stable while gaming, @Teepytoon!

Does restarting your gateway alleviate this concern? If you haven't done so, please take these steps to restart your gateway:

Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have:
- An internal battery backup, remove it
- DSL, unplug the phone cord from your modem or gateway
Wait 20 seconds.
Put the internal battery back in if you have one.
Plug the power cord back in. And, if you have DSL service, reconnect the phone cord.
Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green.

While you do that, can you let us know the following:

Are you connected via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi? If Ethernet, we recommend trying a different cable to see if that helps.
Have you an a traceroute for this website? Doind this will let us know if it's a server side issue or something on our end. (Let us know have an MAC or Windows PC/laptop so we can provide the steps to do so)
