Internet outage for 9 days

I am currently on my 9th day of internet outage. I have gotten multiple responses of fixes within 24 hours or no estimate time of a fix. Is there no way AT&T can contact field techs for for accurate answers of the problem? 9 days of internet outage without an estimate time or reason of problem is extremely outrageous. This is close to outage times of post hurricanes that I have experienced.

What, didn't ATTHelp clear all this up for you in their private talk with you? 😉

Is there anything showing for your area on the website?

If the outage is large enough to show there, it might be worth your time to cruise around the neighborhood and see if you can spot any AT&T trucks working in the area (not at a residence).  Those guys might know what's going on and will usually give you at least some info.  The people we all can talk to have no clue beyond what they can see on that outage report and don't have a way to talk to the people who do.

If there's no outage reported and some of your neighbors still have service another possibility is some piece of equipment servicing you has failed and they're waiting for a replacement.  It's not a good time for that sort of thing because of supply chain shortages.

There is an outage in my area via the link, I check it throughout the day everyday. No at&t trucks or vans in my area either throughout the 12 days. I drive throughout my neighborhood  looking for someone from AT&T working on any lines or cables or something but no one is ever around. I’ve only talked to one person in my neighborhood that was in an AT&T van, and he told me he has not heard any problems around my area and that he was surprised to hear something is wrong in my area. So so so very frustrating, after multiple calls everyday telling me “will be fixed in 24 hours!”

It's gotta be related to parts shortage.  I hate that the people we  can talk to just make stuff up, tell you what they think you will accept just to get you to go away.
