how do I contact someone to leave a good comment?
I recently had troubles with my internet and the technical support guy that helped me was phenominal. I would like to leave a good coment about him because he did great worked and went above and beyond to help me and I believe that he should be recognized for what he did. How do I contact someone or leave a good comment for this person who helped me?

I bought a phone at at&t buy 1 gat 1 free,And I had cable with at&t. At&t is running a scam..Dont you know the phone are not free .they are charging you for that free phone.and cable I had bo premium channels basic cable. first me bill was low then every month your bill goes up.,at&t is a terrible company. my name is james turner I have been with the company for 3years snd I regret ,Ever choosing that company I tell everyone about them.They are running a scam

I can't wait to get away from At&t. I have been with them since 1993 but they have changed and are nothing but a rip off! Spend three hours on the phone and because my phone went dead they lied about the trade in, lied about keeping my old plan and lied about the data. Tired of hearing, "I'm sorry!". The sad part is you need to get a lawyer to get away. It's worth every penny!

I visited the AT&T store in Kemah, TX today. The young man, Milton, was extremely helpful with my phone issues. He was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. What a blessing to find the right person to help me.

I just want to give a SHOUT-OUT to CHANDLER - ATT & T Agent at wireless store in Anderson, Indiana . . His DM is Aaron . . Chandler works at the new AT & T store in Anderson on Scatterfield north . . I purchased a new I-14 Pro phone & a new I-Pad approx 3 weeks ago . . My salesman was ok at Scatterfield South but the I-Pad had to be ordered and then return to the south store to get connected for billing . . we asked the manager to sync I-Pad with phone but he didn't listen . . He downloaded all of I-cloud who brought in contacts & photos I had deleted years ago . . He did not sync the devices . . He acted like he did not want to be bothered . . So I took my devices to the new store to Chandler . . He was super kind and helpful . . Restored my devices and re-started . . Now have devices synced and not so much old I-cloud data to deal with . . Super kind & helpful! Unfortunately had to return to the south store today because the billing was all wrong . . they were charging my act for 3 phones and 2 i-Pads . . They did not remove old devices from billing & yet added new devices . . I've decided to discontinue service at Scatterfield south . . Will see Chandler from now on.
