How can I stop the u-verse self-promotion spam?

I left u-verse because I wasn't happy with the set up, the service or the time it took to resolve anything... now, I'm being plastered with spam offers for u-verse... there is no unsubscribe tab, typical of att.... 

I'm so glad I left, the new email set up is awful! and it sticks and I can't even sign out to escape...

 

I'm so tired of att.... I'm considering switching cell service too

 

pity too... the original att was great, smart reps, good, consistent service, the decline started when it was taken over by Cingular, gee...  it still stings that I was forced to pay to switch to Tingular and had to purchase a new phone to do so... and later when I found out that was not Kosher, told my agreement includes an agreement to not sue them when I am ripped off

now there is a custmer service policy that tells you all you need to know.....

 

and complaining is useless..... four letters requesting a refund never had a reply

 

then service in the att stores declined, last time I was in the Hawthorne Blvd store I saw a rep throw a box at another rep in anger, when I mentioned it I was told it was not my business. 

 

my many visits to the stores were about four supposedly "refubished" cell phones I was sent to replace the first one that did not work, each worse than the last

darn... there is a long history of poor equipment and poor service

 

Internet, home phone and cell....

Here in MI, we had Ameritech wireless, they were not bought by anyone.  They just renamed it Cingular.  Same people, just a new name. 😉
