DO NOT USE AT&T

I’ve had AT&T for years and for the first few years, it was pretty good. A reliable internet service that gave average internet speeds, upload and download. But a few years ago, I would say about 3 years about, the internet shot down. I checked all stats and it said that it was completely fine. I recently have made a fuss about it and got on an online chat with a representative from AT&T. She guided me through the process and even sent me a new router. I got 2 new internet connections: 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz. Amazing customer service, right? I plugged in the router and for about a week everything ran really well. Then, it shot down again, worse than last time. So I tried calling about it only to be hung up right as I started talking. I didn’t even have a mean tone, I just wanted to understand. Ever since, in some games that I play, I get really bad ping, almost 200 on average. I’ve called and chatted to no avail. Worst internet service I have ever had. Worst customer service support I have ever experienced. Do not buy AT&T if you are looking for a reliable WiFi or internet service. In their ads, they say that they have fiber and all these cool things. Then, they proceed to say with pure audacity that they have “reliable internet and satellite coverage”. It’s all wrong. AT&T is a prime example of a con artist trying to steal your money month by month, bill by bill. Don’t buy into AT&T’s hoax. It seems affordable at first, but it really isn’t.
