Can't schedule DVR from computer

I log in to my Uverse account, go to Uverse TV then manage DVR so I val see listings and schedule a recording from my computer.  When I click on TV Listings all I get is the spinning wheel of death, listings will not load.  I have had several conversations with Uverse support last time "Mary" called she left a message she had information and would call back.  Never did and when I call the 855 number and go to her mailbos I get the message that it is full.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi @egeddie380p,

 

I am sorry about the issues you are having trying to use the Web Remote Access. Make sure you are going to the right site at uverse.com.

 

Also, try using another browser or clearing your cache and cookies in your current one if you are still having problems.

I have cleared cookies, tried on Safari, Firefox and Chrome also have tried on two different Mac computers, still get the spinning wheel of death
