Cancel my HBO max Subscription
Hello, I have the AT&T internet deal. It comes with HBO Max as an included "free" package. I do not want HBO Max. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to cancel the subscription.
I would like to cancel the subscription and reduce my AT&T monthly payment. I followed multiple steps online and nothing has worked.
Any help is appreciated.

HBOMax is free so nothing to cancel.
Even if you could there is no cost saving. Since June 5th 2022 when HBOMax was sold to Discovery+ there is no way for an AT&T Rep to access HBOMax on your account. Try lower your Internet speed from 1 Gbps to 500 Mbps or 300 Mbps if you want to save a few bucks per month.
