Broadband blinking red is a connection issue. Ensure that the data cable (usually green) is still connected to the green receptacle on the gateway, and also to the wall data jack. If so, you're going to need a tech to resolve. You'll have to call 800.288.2020 and deal with long wait times to schedule an appointment.
