ATT MR5100 hotspot playstation call of duty server

I recently upgraded my mr1100 connected to a tp link ac1750 router to a mr5100 connected to the nighthawk mk63 mesh system. everything works flawlessly except i cant connect to the call of duty servers on my PS5, i tried everything from port forwarding to changing DNS to google servers. the only thing that worked was switching the mesh system back to the ac1750 which got me to connect to the COD servers. i then reinstalled the mk63 routers and was able to connect and play flawlessly but only for a few days and im back to square one.... not sure what to do from here on out

Hey there @meng920, we understand your concerns with needing to connect your device to the Call of Duty servers.

Please be advised, if your device is connecting and working properly with everything else then this could mean that the game is experiencing concerns, and you may need to reach out to them directly for further instructions for troubleshooting.

In the meantime, feel free to review helpful device support regarding your MR5100 hotspot device. If you're still experiencing connection concerns, you may want to reset your device then try again.

Let us know if this helps and thanks for reaching out to the AT&T Community!

Hello meng920, let's get you pointed in the right direction for support.

We recommend reaching out Sony. Dial 1-800-345-7669 to call PlayStation for immediate assistance. Use any phone to dial the toll-free international number for PlayStation's customer support between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. PST so you can speak directly to a representative. Explain the problem or issue that you're having so they can assist you. Especially since Call Of Duty is the only game having an issue.

Please reach back out if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you for visiting AT&T Community Forums!
