Att has terrible customer service and communication

Line knocked down 12/23/22. Told by barely understandable csr because of Christmas wait til today 12/27. I told them it was a line down. Chat next day with another csr. Oh boy she gonna put a rush on it, however there is no appt available.  Told her the line is in the road. Today tech shows up “hey you know the line is down. Gotta get a crew” seriously. Then he says I gotta find a mgr who wants to work. Yeah

So you guessed it no crew ever showed up. Silly me calls customer service again. No news, refused to give me a supervisor or a local number to speak with an American who actually works in my town.

At&t could pay employees enough to get people who want to work. They could stop offshoring CS. People aren’t coming here for our jobs… they are sending the jobs to them lol. But you can bet all the money they save on labor goes to lobbying and buying our elected officials. Oh and stock buybacks and ridiculous exec salaries. If my bill i 1 day late I get a fee. It’s like Goodfellas “eff you pay me” . That’s the truth, you’re welcome

We're here to help you check the status of your tech appointment, MrsDye.

In order for us to help you check on the repair status, we'll need to speak privately. Be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand portion of the page, next to the bell icon. We'll be messaging you shortly.

We look forward to speaking with you!

We received a call from a customer service resolution rep. Confirmed our third service call for today. The tech has not arrived yet but once the service is restored I’ll be sure to leave feedback
