Att buffers nonstop

After being disconnected 4 times from support I decided to ask here. Why does att wifi buffer every min for 15 seconds. Also why is technical support resetting the gateway and unplugging router. Everyone already does this before contacting expert support

Rebooting the gateway is often the first step in troubleshooting, because it refreshes and resets the connection. If that didn't help, you may need to perform a full factory reset. Keep in mind that any changes you've made (Wi-Fi password, SSID, etc.) will be lost. Just locate the small red button and pinhole on the lower rear of the gateway, and depress for ~15 seconds.
