XBOX one Settings

1. TV: AT&T U-verse TV U300
2. Internet: AT&T Internet 1000

I followed the setup until Step 5: and it warned me that I could break my uverse DVR operability (or something along those lines).

I do not want to disrupt my DVR (grandchildren would not be happy), but would like to optimize the XBOX one Settings.
