Wires on Pole hanging and a danger Arlington TX
Pole snapped and was replaced by Encore. Wires are within reach of children and I am told a Pole to Pole transfer needs to be completed. Spectrum says they only share space on the pole but belongs to AT&T. I was given 2 phone numbers to call for AT&T but neither is in service. I need to know who to contact to find out if this pole to pole transfer is scheduled and if not when can it be done

Hi, bb3267. Thanks for bringing this hazard to our attention. We can help you with the low hanging loop.
What we are going to do is bring you into the AT&T Direct Messaging space. You will see a chat icon, next to a bell icon, in the upper portion of this thread. Please reply there.
