Where do you mail the modem after cancelling account

I have been redirected to the "Find out how to return" page, but it doesn't give me and address to mail the equipment. Where do I find this information?

Walk in a FedEx or UPS store with the equipment and hand it to the person behind the counter.  They will take it from you and give you a receipt.  Keep that receipt in a safe place for at least one year.

You take the equipment to FedEx or UPS along with your account information.

Be sure to save receipt including tracking number.

You did call 800-288-2020 to cancel the account?

Yes, I cancelled on May 10, 2023 and I was told to take the modem to either the FedEx or UPS store. Nothing was said about where to send it. I just assumed that I would get an email showing that I cancelled the account or a letter in the mail with a shipping label and cancelation. I have a cancel conformation number.

Hey there @TiffTex. We'd be happy to help you get your equipment returned correctly.

We appreciate @my thoughts for providing that helpful information.

To get started, we'll need to meet in a DM so we're able to take a closer look into getting you a shipping label. In order to proceed, please check your direct message inbox in the top right corner of the screen. We'll be messaging you there shortly.

You don’t need to know where it gets sent just take it to them and get a receipt they know exactly where to ship it

And just in case it wasn’t obvious, the item(s) is brought in loose.  You don’t need to box it up or print shipping label.  UPS will do this all.
