Third Party Routers with AT&T Internet

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing occasional Gateway shutoff after successfully setting up a more powerful router.  Normal operation is great and I have fantastic Wi-Fi throughout our house.

We can assist you with the trouble you're having with your gateway, Brillopad.

 

So that we can determine where to begin, please give us more information:

  • What model is your gateway?
  • How long have you had your gateway?
  • What model is your 3rd party router?
  • When did this begin?

If you haven't done so yet, try restarting your gateway to refresh the connection. You can also try a factory reset, as it's a common solution to many issues.
