Returning AT&T Smart Wi-Fi Extender

(Order # 22-330641825378941)

I've attempted multiple times by phone (7 Attempts) as well as via chat (5 Attempts) and even going to an actual AT&T Store location (3 Separate Locations Attempted) in person to be able to be helped with returning  this device and am STILL CURRENTLY STUCK WITH A CLEARLY DEFECTIVE DEVICE THAT I WANT RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND. I ordered this item 9/23/20 and have been attempting to return this since 9/27/20. Can ANYONE PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH SIMPLY RETURNING THIS FOR MY REFUND PLEASE?

Did you ever get a refund for the wifi extenders? If so, how?

I am in the same situation. I purchased 2 Airties on the day of my fiber install, but they did not make much of a difference so I've been looking to return them. 1st rep said not to worry, that I will not be charged and they're mine to keep. I still have the transcript of the chat. Well surprise, they showed up on my previous bill and now none of the reps know how to process a return. I got one chat rep to generate a return label and mailed them out, but knowing AT&T, I am not confident I will receive a refund/credit once they've been delivered.

Curious if you've ever gotten this resolved?
