Remove LSA on REDACTED PON REDACTED
I have been calling for several hours trying to remove the LSA on REDACTED so we can port it. The numbers I have called are 800.288.2020 and 866.233.0373, (options 1,4,4) and it either tells me I called the wrong place/options or hangs up on me. One of the reasons I was told is 'It is a Bell South number and we can't touch it'.
Can anyone remove this LSA, please?
Apparently nobody can help, even AT&T.

This is a customer populated forum only. It is not official AT&T Support. Please use the three dots to the right of your post and Edit out your personal information because you just posted it to a public forum which makes it easy for any scammer/spammer/phisher to get your information.

It is a sad state of affairs when a company get so big they can't help any of the customers that pay them.

That is odd. Mine allows me to Edit my post. However, I think you only have a set amount of time to Edit so maybe your post is too old to Edit now. It does appear that the info has been redacted so maybe a Mod saw my response and took care of it for you.

It happened about 5 minutes after I told you that. So you are probably correct.
Thanks for letting me know.

Hello @GTorranceJeffersonCountyClerk. We are happy that you have come to the AT&T Community to get assistance.
Would you like to unlock an AT&T device to port to another carrier? Do you have an installment plan with AT&T?
Please provide the information needed, so we can assist you.
Thank you.

Yes, but you guys really don't have a clue as to how to do that. I have spoken with about 10 people and everyone either says to call another department or tells me something different. At this point I am willing to abandon the number and reprint all the materials. It is not your people. They have all been nice. It is just AT&T is too big to care about customers. But you are really good at billing. So you have that.

We appreciate the clarification, GTorranceJeffersonCountyClerk! We can assure you that we're here to help!
In order to unlock your device you need to make sure you meet all necessary personal device requirements then submit your device unlock request. If you're unable to unlock your phone due to an error message/code then return, share the details, and confirm that you meet the general requirements so we can provide further assistance and get you unlocked.
You can contact the Porting Activation Center at 888.898.7685 for inquires when porting over to AT&T. For porting inquiries for a different service provider, you will need to contact that carrier.
We hope you find this information helpful!
Please let us know if you have additional concerns.
