RE: DSL 100Mbps/20Mbps upload usage drastically slows download speed
Hello Matthew, I was following up on the $99 charge that was still on my bill. Can we try again to remove it?
I am in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
I have a bandwidth monitor in between the modem and my LAN. My DSL is a 100Mbps/20Mbps bonded DSL.
I have one device that is using a constant 12Mbps and when I do a speedtest from another device I only get 40-50Mbps and upload speed only changes marginally while doing the test. The upload test max's the 20Mb as expected. These devices are all hardline ethernet connected.

I have tried rebooting the modem and everything.
I think this is a recent development. Is there any way I can get this fixed.
Next, I assume I have to call AT&T but I haven't called-in in a long time. Is there a way to bypass the scripted tier 1 people faster?
