Power and broadband lights are green but still no internet
Tried to do a reset, unplugging, disconnecting all devices and nothing seems to work. Lights are green on modem, but when we try to connect to our devices it says "the network you're trying to join has security issues"

Please say more. What devices?
The gateway has a sticker with default WiFi password you can use to connect your devices. Worst case you can factory reset the gateway to restore functionality.

Happy to help you establish a connection, Smt0130.
We recommend that you try gr8sho's suggestion to factory reset the gateway. Locate the small red button and pinhole on the lower rear of the gateway and depress for ~15 seconds. This will return all gateway settings to a default state. Any custom Wi-Fi passwords, Wi-Fi names, SSID, Static IP, and Port Forwarding rules will be lost.
