NO INTERNET, DAMAGED JUNCTION BOX
SOME BRANCHES FELL DAMAGINING POWERLINES AND AN ATT FIBER OPTIC JUNTION BOX. THE POWER WAS RESTORED WITH IN A FEW HOURS BUT IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS WITHOUT ATT INTERNET. ON MY GATEWAY IT SAYS I HAVE NO BROADBAND AND THE LIGHT IS FLASHING RED. I HAVE CYCLED THROUGH AND REBOOTED MY GATEWAY MANY TIMES. I HAVE REPORTED THE DAMAGE TO ATT SUPPORT AND ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS THAT THE TECHNICIANS ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND ARE WORKING AROUND THE CLOCK TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION BUT I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE ATT TRUCK FIXING ANYTHING. I AM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND NEED HOME INTERNET TO CHECK IN WITH PATIENTS AND TO REVIEW THEIR FILES. THE OUTAGE HAPPENED IN VERO BEACH FLORIDA, 32968 AND 32960

Hello @teepe00, we understand the importance of having a working internet service, and we are here to assist.
We checked using the zip codes you provided and everything appears clear. Let's check your account for outages. You will see the option to sign in to your account.
If your account does not show as impacted by the outage, unplug your router from the power source, wait for about 10 seconds, then plug it back. Wait till it reboots, and all the lights come back. If the broadband light is still flashing red, let us know so we can meet in a private message and review your account to get this resolved.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I have the exact same problem! Was your internet ever restored? Mine has been out for six days!! ATT keeps telling me it will be fixed in 24-48 hours.
