iPhone won't connect to ATT WiFi anymore

Switched to ATT internet awhile back and at first had no issues connecting my iPhone 6s to WiFi, but now I am not able to. It typically tries to connect and I don't get any sort of error message, but it just disconnects and I am not actually able to get on the wifi. I did get an error screen once, but I forget the error code. 

All of my other devices (laptops, smart tvs, gaming consoles) are able to connect and I am able to connect to other wifi networks with my iPhone. My girlfriend has a newer edition iPhone and she is also unable to connect to my wifi which makes me think it is some sort of issue between ATT wifi and iPhones in general. Has anyone encountered this or know a fix? I have tried all the quick fixes that are usually suggested: forgetting wifi network, resetting network settings on iPhone, resetting/unplugging router and none of those have worked.

There can be a few reasons why you are having difficulty getting your iPhone connected to your network. For example, there may be a software update that is affecting your ability to connect. There is more information on that, as well as other steps you can try at our article regarding Wi-Fi Troubleshooting for a Single Device.

 

Another option we suggest from that article is using our Smart Home Manager application to check your network, including checking to see if your iPhone is showing on it.
