Is there any way to get directly in touch with the team that handles problems at the junction boxes? Our internet and land line has been out since January 22. Techs have already been out to my home and know the problem is not here. They know for a fact the problem is at the box two streets over. The techs for those have been there and worked on those at least twice this week. It worked for one day, and then put it went out again. Any AT&T customer support number I call can only run the same tests over and over, only to tell me they see there is a problem and they can schedule a tech to come to my home. That is no help! This is a repeat of the same problem I had last January 2022 and December 2021. Help!!??
