internet down

Today, Saturday your repairman working the neighborhood box disconnected our internet and left.  I called and the soonest you can have him fix the problem he made is Wednesday.  That is very bad customer service.

The workman will claim he did no such thing.  And, unfortunately, you can really prove he did.  AT&T's support scheduling system will not allow for any such consideration.  Once your service is restored, be sure to call back in and request a credit for all the days of lost service.  And be vigilant for the next week or two anytime you see someone out by the VRAD/Crossbox that they don't steal your pair again.
