Im experiencing packet loss during Halo Infinite gameplay

This just started about a month ago and I am unable to resolve the issue. Whenever I try to play I experience constant stuttering and teleporting. I received an error message ingame that says Unstable: Packet Loss.

Ive seen other people who have ethernet cable setups still encounter packet loss and I’m wireless. Again this just recently started happening.

Unless you know where the packets are getting lost, there's not much you can do.

You can first try to find out if your packets are getting lost in the Wi-Fi connection by switching to an Ethernet cabled connection temporarily to see if that resolves the issue; if it does, then you know where the problem is and where it isn't.

You can also try to use online monitoring software while you're playing your game to see if that software can track down any issues that arise when you're playing.

I do not trust gateway WiFi for anything. Having said that, best start by ensuring service to an unloaded gateway is running at par.  You can use Att supplied testing, ask for an agent to do a line quality test, and optionally check the broadband logs in the management console.
