how do I get full wire speed 1g by connected to Asus RT-AC5300 router via IP Passthrough?

If I connect PC directed wire to BGW320-500 I get close to 1G up/down

when I connect to RT-AC5300 I got only half of speed?

ATT <--> BGW320-500  <--> RT-AC5300

Have you ever had Gigabit service work at full Gigabit speeds with that router?

Do you have enabled any of the features that disable NAT Acceleration?  For example: QoS, Manual Rate Limiting, Port Forwarding, Parental Control, IP traffic monitoring.

Yes - I had Spectrum & get closed to 900/30

NAT Acceleration is Auto

QOS : Adaptive & Bandwidth is Automatic for Work from Home

No Parental Control or IP traffic monitor

I read this as saying you have Adaptive turned on, which means NAT Acceleration will have to turn off.  Try ensuring that QoS is turned fully off and see if there's a difference in your bandwidth.  You can put it back afterwards if you want.

Also, do you have AT&T Internet Security enabled?  If so, try disabling it as well.
