How do I cancel my AT&T U-verse account without knowing my account number?
Hello. I am looking to cancel my AT&T U-verse account. I paid for my sons and his mothers cable for the last 4+ years. They do not want it anymore and I do not live there and want to cancel it. Please advise what to do.
I do not know account number I have been billed directly through bank and do not receive statements and no longer have initial paper work.

Is the account in your name? If yes, call (800) 288-2020. Look up the account using your phone number. If the account is in someone else’s name, they will have to call and cancel. If you have the passcode to the account you can use it to access the account after you get connected to a person.
