Have wifi but no internet connection

We understand the importance of stable internet connection @N8dawg. Let's try to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

Please check if you have any internet outage in your area, and troubleshoot gateway by following the steps mentioned below.

1. Restart your gateway or modem manually

1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have an internal battery backup, remove it
2. Wait 20 seconds.
3. Put the internal battery back in if you have one.
4. Wait for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green. This can take up to 10 minutes.

2. Use Smart Home Manager to restart your gateway

1. Sign in to Smart Home Manager and select Network.
2. Scroll to and select Home Network Hardware.
3. Select Wi-Fi Gateway and then Restart.
4. Select Restart again.

Someone is going to have to take over responsibility for the account there to be able to request a service call.  If you have access to the physical gateway, you can do some basic things like reboot it.
