fixed wireless connection drops out repeatedly
My fixed wireless connection continually and repeatedly drops out. The speed test is awful. It reveals that our speed drops off to nothing and then perks back up to normal. This does this repeatedly. This has been doing this for over 2 weeks. There is no one in customer service who understands. I cannot reach a real human person. The bot does not give options for having this conversation. Does anyone know how to get AT&T to fix their fixed wireless internet service? How can we correct connectivity issues?
NOTE:. ALL normal troubleshooting procedures have been followed REPEATEDLY.
THE PROBLEM IS SERIOUS.
